Privacy Policy

What we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have. Plain language, no tracking cookies.

Who is responsible for your data

WebEpex (“we”, “us”) operates https://webepex.com. For any privacy question or request, write to prakhar@webepex.com. This policy covers the public website, the blog and the communications you have with us.

Information we collect

We keep collection to the minimum needed to run the site and answer you:

  • Information you send us — your name, email address, phone number, company, website and the content of your message when you email us, message us on WhatsApp or book a call.
  • Scheduling details — if you book through our Cal.com page, Cal.com processes the booking information you enter under its own privacy policy.
  • Blog reading counts — an anonymous counter is incremented when an article is opened. It stores no personal identifier and sets no cookie.
  • Server logs — like any web server, ours records technical request data such as IP address, browser type, requested page and time, used for security and troubleshooting.

Cookies and tracking

The public website does not use advertising, analytics or social-media tracking cookies. A first-party session cookie is set only for team members who sign in to our private CRM; visitors never receive it. If this changes, we will update this page before it does.

How we use information

We use what you send us to respond to your enquiry, prepare proposals, deliver and invoice the services you buy, and keep the site secure. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for automated decisions that significantly affect you.

Sharing and service providers

We share information only with providers that help us operate: our hosting provider, our email and calendar tools, and Cal.com for scheduling. They may process data only on our instructions or under their own terms. We may disclose information if the law requires it or to protect our rights.

Retention and security

We keep enquiry and client records for as long as needed to provide services and meet legal and accounting obligations, then delete or anonymise them. Access to our systems is restricted to authorised team members and protected by encrypted connections and hashed credentials.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR, UK GDPR and India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act) you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Email prakhar@webepex.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the site or the law changes. The date at the top shows the latest revision (19 October 2026). Material changes will be announced on this page.
